IMMORTALISING KARGIL VICTORY: A monument depicting the recapture of Tiger Hill in Kargil was unveiled at the National Defence Academy (NDA) on Wednesday. The monument, donated by the NDA alumni of the 28th course and sculpted by the J.J. School of Arts, Mumbai, was dedicated by Lt. Gen. Arvind Sharma, GOC-in-C, Eastern Command
